Perhaps they never thought about it.
Picture of a drunkard is what comes to mind when we think of addiction, but Faith – sticking to one knowledge is also addiction. If I cannot change my views, then am I learning?
We all differ in the type of relaxation we seek.
Faith definitely relaxes and that is why faith healing works.Herbert Petershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04601431571133512245noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27272600.post-56701940153128638762011-09-03T05:59:01.249+05:302011-09-03T05:59:01.249+05:30I must add here that I feel the concept and defini...I must add here that I feel the concept and definition in the book of "Mirror Neurons" is very interesting and important for future studies on consciousness.Raj Sudanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10018368349532291134noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27272600.post-81511316291049441782011-09-02T18:54:42.049+05:302011-09-02T18:54:42.049+05:30Why masses believe in imagination of ‘great minds’...Why masses believe in imagination of ‘great minds’?
Looks like ‘The Why of Carl Jung’s active imagination’. Shouldn’t we see religions as an illustration of how wild and weird human imagination can be. And when people don’t trust their own heart and intuitions, then they are willing to take pictures drawn by ‘great men’. People don’t worship gods, but descriptions created by great men of art and literature!
If it is giving the scientific ‘why’ and ‘how’ of our imagination works, then it must be interesting.

Herbert PetersHerbert Petershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04601431571133512245noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27272600.post-71475871185641374662011-08-31T21:58:06.409+05:302011-08-31T21:58:06.409+05:30Dear Mr. Sudan,

'The God centre' hypothesis is not a 'cleared one' by any stretch of imagination. Your review would entice readers to this book, I am sure.

One personal question:

Your blog is a quality thing. Well-updated and well-maintained, yet the response is not in consonance with the level we have in Kerala. What is, in your opinion, the reason there of?

English is followed almost everywhere. Malayalam is a small regional language, yet we receive hundreds and thousands of comments for every single posts. Is it because of the content(rational) or the lack of popularity for blogging in your region?

Love,
RCരവിചന്ദ്രന് സിhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02506252371366831648noreply@blogger.com
